Settings

Configure your personal preferences and account settings.

Overview

Settings allow you to customize:

  • Profile information
  • Security options
  • Notification preferences
  • Display settings
  • Account management

Accessing Settings

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner
  2. Select Settings
  3. Or navigate to Profile > Settings

Profile Settings

Personal Information

Update your profile details:

Field Description
First Name Your first name
Last Name Your last name
Phone Contact phone number
Profile Photo Your avatar image

Updating Profile

  1. Navigate to Settings > Profile
  2. Edit desired fields
  3. Click Save Changes

Profile Photo

Change your profile photo:

  1. Click on current photo or Change Photo
  2. Select image file
  3. Crop if needed
  4. Click Save

Security Settings

Password

Change your password:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Change Password
  3. Enter current password
  4. Enter new password
  5. Confirm new password
  6. Click Update Password

Two-Factor Authentication

Manage 2FA settings:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. View 2FA status
  3. Enable/disable 2FA
  4. Regenerate backup codes

Active Sessions

View and manage active sessions:

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. View all active sessions
  3. See device, location, and time
  4. Click End Session to log out remotely

Session Management

Action Description
View Sessions See all logged-in devices
End Session Log out specific device
End All Sessions Log out everywhere except current

Notification Settings

Email Notifications

Configure email alerts:

Notification Description
Flight Alerts Alerts for flight events
System Updates Platform updates and maintenance
Team Activity Team member actions
Weekly Summary Weekly activity digest

In-App Notifications

Configure dashboard notifications:

Notification Description
Flight Status Real-time flight updates
Battery Warnings Low battery alerts
Connection Status Device connectivity changes
Mission Complete Mission completion notices

Managing Notifications

  1. Go to Settings > Notifications
  2. Toggle individual notification types
  3. Select delivery method (email, in-app, both)
  4. Click Save Preferences

Display Settings

Theme

Choose display theme:

Theme Description
Light Light background, dark text
Dark Dark background, light text
System Match system preference

Language

Select interface language:

  1. Go to Settings > Display
  2. Select language from dropdown
  3. Click Save

Units

Configure measurement units:

Setting Options
Distance Metric (m/km), Imperial (ft/mi)
Speed m/s, km/h, mph, knots
Temperature Celsius, Fahrenheit
Altitude Meters, Feet

Map Settings

Configure default map preferences:

Setting Options
Default View Satellite, Terrain, Hybrid
Labels Show/hide place labels
Grid Show/hide coordinate grid

Account Settings

Account Information

View account details:

Field Description
Email Your registered email (read-only)
Organization Your organization name
Role Your assigned role
Member Since Account creation date

Data Export

Request your data:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Click Export My Data
  3. Select data to include
  4. Request export
  5. Download when ready

Account Deletion

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

To delete your account:

  1. Go to Settings > Account
  2. Click Delete Account
  3. Enter password to confirm
  4. Acknowledge data deletion
  5. Confirm deletion

Connected Services

Integrations

View connected third-party services:

  • Cloud storage connections
  • Mapping services
  • External APIs

Managing Connections

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. View connected services
  3. Click Disconnect to remove
  4. Click Connect to add new

API Access

API Keys

Manage API access (if available):

  1. Go to Settings > API
  2. View existing API keys
  3. Create new keys
  4. Revoke unused keys

API Key Management

Action Description
Create Generate new API key
View See key details
Revoke Disable API key

API access may require specific permissions. Contact your administrator if unavailable.

Keyboard Shortcuts

Enable/Disable

Toggle keyboard shortcuts:

  1. Go to Settings > Accessibility
  2. Toggle Keyboard Shortcuts

View Shortcuts

See available shortcuts:

  1. Press ? on keyboard
  2. Or go to Settings > Keyboard Shortcuts

Accessibility Options

Configure accessibility features:

High Contrast Increase color contrast
Large Text Increase font size
Reduce Motion Minimize animations
Screen Reader Optimize for screen readers

Default Settings

Reset Preferences

Reset settings to defaults:

  1. Go to Settings > Advanced
  2. Click Reset to Defaults
  3. Confirm reset

  • Display preferences
  • Notification settings
  • Map settings
  • Keyboard shortcuts

What’s Preserved

  • Profile information
  • Security settings
  • Account data

Troubleshooting

Settings Not Saving

Network error Check internet connection
Session expired Log in again
Browser issue Clear cache and retry

Notifications Not Working

In-app missing Check browser permissions
All disabled Review notification settings

Theme Not Applying

Issue Solution
